Bacopa Monnieri Compact White also known as Bacopa Monnieri ‘Platinum’ is a rare cultivar of the aquarium plant Bacopa Monnieri. The lack of chlorophyll causes this plant to turn white. Propagating this plant is easy just like any other stem plant, cut the tips, replant and watch them grow.
When grown under strong lights, stable conditions and Co2 injection, this plant grows more compactly and will spread across the substrate in a carpet plant like fashion. Under low light, the plant becomes thin, leggy, and grows less compact because it’s trying to reach the light source.
