The Coralife Turbo-Twist Aquarium UV Sterilizer features a revolutionary twist-flow design, created to facilitate water flow through the sterilizer much more evenly than traditional designs. This increases the water’s exposure to ultraviolet light and provides better treatment of algae and harmful microorganisms, keeping your aquarium clean and clear.
The internal twist design guides water flow more evenly through the sterilizer, increasing exposure to ultraviolet light and improving the treatment of unwanted algae and harmful microorganisms. Double-wall light chambers provide an additional protective barrier from ultraviolet light and extend the useful life of the sterilizer. An easy-to-read indicator light lets you know at a glance that the sterilizer is operating.
The Turbo-Twist UV Sterilizer is easy to set up and simple to use! Mounting brackets are included for hang-on or in-line applications. Instructions are included for quick setup and proper positioning. Please read directions in their entirety before using the UV Sterilizer.

Operation:
Water can be pumped through the unit either by submersible pump (not included) or existing canister filter. The UV Sterilizer itself is not submersible. If you intent to connect the unit to a canister filter it must be installed between the outlet of the filter and the inlet to the aquarium.
