Sold per kg. Weight and size varies by type of rock. We will try to mix and match your chosen weight as closely as possible, but this can’t always be guaranteed! We recommend choosing your rock in store to meet your aquascaping design.

Dragon Rock, traditionally known as Ohko Stone, is a bold and beautiful sedimentary rock comprised of clay minerals used to create striking freshwater aquascapes. Thanks to its porous structure and clay composition, dragon stone is also surprisingly lightweight. It’s safer to use in aquarium structures than other heavier alternatives. The stone has an irregular surface with many mini-caves and nooks making it great for anchoring mosses or any short rooted plants.
Dragon Rock can come with a wide array of colors, ranging for reds, yellows, and browns. The clay-like composition of this type of rock makes it brittle compared to other rocks, allowing larger rocks to easily be broken down with chisel and hammer.
Dragon Rock is all natural – no paints, dyes, or plastic coatings. The stone should be pre-washed before adding to the aquarium.
