Oztech Replacement Corona Discharge Cell
Ozotech – Replacement Corona Discharge Cell, Poseidon 200 & Poseidon 400
This is the one part that may go bad over time with an Ozotech Ozone Generator. This is a direct replacement for the Discharge Cell on Ozotech Poseidon 200, Ozotech Poseidon 220, and Ozotech Poseidon 400 Ozone Generators.
Instructions for Corona Discharge Cell Replacement
CAUTION: UNPLUG POWER SUPPLY TO OZONE GENERATOR BEFORE PERFORMING SERVICE
- With the cover of your specific unit removed, remove the CD cell from the ozone generator:
- Disconnect any electrical connections between the CD cell and the electronics board.
- Remove and discard any shipping ties that may be securing the CD cells into the ozone generator.
- Disconnect the air inlet and ozone outlet hoses from the CD cell barb fittings.
- Pull the CD cell straight up from the retaining clips.
- Replace with a new CD cell in reverse order, making sure all air and electrical connections are secure.
