Neon Green Stylophora
The Green Stylophora, often called the Cat’s Paw Coral, is a popular Small Polyp Stony (SPS) coral known for its thick, blunt branching structure and fuzzy appearance. It is widely considered one of the hardier SPS corals, making it an excellent “entry-level” choice for hobbyists moving beyond soft corals and LPS.
Care Tips:
- Moderate for an SPS
- Suitable for beginners moving from soft and LPS to SPS
- Requires stable water conditions
- Grows well under moderate to high light (150–350 PAR)
- Likes moderate to strong / turbulent flow
- Place on middle to upper rockwork
- Peaceful temprement (but has short sweepers)
