Swing Check Valve allow one directional water flow and are used to prevent back flow and siphoning. They are commonly used on return pump outputs to prevent water overflowing the sump in the event of a power outage, pump failure or maintenance. These are among the highest quality check valves to be found with minimal pressure loss. The true union check valve is specially designed to be disassembled by unscrewing the nuts in line leaving the tail pieces cemented to the pipe, thus allowing you to remove the body for repairs, or cleaning.
Sanking plumbing systems are suitable for low-pressure piping and has the advantages of impact resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, light weight, etc. Suitable for systems not exceeding 60 degrees Celcius (140 degrees Fahrenheit). PVC cement/solvent is needed for bonding the fittings and pipes.
